Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced.

Once the design, production, fabrication, printing, media booking, or event execution has begun, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the project.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, payments made for:

• Creative design

• Branding

• Printing

• Event management

• Exhibition fabrication

• Media buying

• Digital marketing

are generally non-refundable after work has commenced.

If kundkundvision is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us, an appropriate refund or service credit may be considered.

Printing & Production

Products that have already entered production or printing cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Digital Marketing Services

Monthly retainers and campaign management fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
