Refunds policy

Our services and printed products are customized according to your requirements. Orders maybe cancelled before production or project work begins.

Once artwork is approved, printing has started, or event planning services have commenced, cancellations, and refunds are generally not available.

If an error occurs due to our fault, we will review the issue and, where appropriate , provide a replacement, correction, or refund.
